October 25-31 International Open Access Week is celebrated around the world with the theme “It Matters How We Open Knowledge: Building Structural Equity”. Open access means free and unrestricted online access to scientific publications, research data, and other published and unpublished quality peer-reviewed research material that any user can freely read, copy and perform automated content analysis without infringing copyright!
Information from Open Access databases can be found in the virtual library of KUAS and in special portals dedicated to open access: Open access resources for studies and science. For more information and to learn about the effective use of electronic science information resources through open access, visit the training material.
