Access to Electronic Resources
Access to subscribed electronic resources: access is provided to 174,000 e-books and 16,000 academic journals from 11 international subscription databases (EBSCO Publishing, EBSCO eBooks, Taylor & Francis, Emerald Management), as well as more than 3,000 Lithuanian e-textbooks from three subscription databases (VGTU, KTU, VitaeLitera), 20,000 LST electronic standards, and legal acts available in the Infolex database. Subscription databases can be accessed using the higher education institution’s email username and password via the Virtual Library: http://vb.kaunokolegija.lt/.
Access to the higher education institution’s electronic resources: Final theses of students of the higher education institution are available in the institutional repository: http://dspace.kaunokolegija.lt (access requires logging in with the higher education institution’s email account); open-access academic journals and international conference proceedings of the higher education institution are available through the OJS system: http://ojs.kaunokolegija.lt/; publications registered by the higher education institution and the library catalogue are available in the Virtual Library: http://vb.kaunokolegija.lt.

Online Book Search, Ordering, Renewal, and Reminders
In the Virtual Library http://vb.kaunokolegija.lt/, you can:
- find information about books held by the library and, after logging in to your account, order them or join a waiting list;
- log in to your account to view a list of borrowed books and their due dates, and renew borrowed books.
Library reminders about returning books are sent only to the higher education institution’s email accounts and are generated automatically by the Alma library system. If you do not receive reminders, please contact biblioteka@go.kauko.lt.

- Information and news are available on the library website and social media (Facebook, Instagram).
- Library news is sent to the higher education institution’s email accounts (if you do not receive the news, go to your higher education institution email settings and select membership in the Library News group, i.e. tick the corresponding checkbox).

Text Similarity Checking
Text similarity checking of the higher education institution’s publications using the Turnitin tool (responsible person: Lina Šarlauskienė). Student papers are checked in the Moodle environment. Lecturers are responsible for conducting these checks.
