We present a new exhibition “Motifs of Kaunas Architecture in Drawing” curated by Sigutė Bronickienė and Birutė Šležienė, lecturers of the Academy of Arts of the Faculty of Arts and Education.
The exhibition presents drawings of students of different arts, design specialties and courses, stored in the methodological fund of the Academy of Arts. In the exhibition you will also find works by the painter Audronė Petrašiūnaitė, who is one of the most active painters of the middle generation. In 1972-1976 he studied at Kaunas S. Žukas Applied Art Technical School, the exhibition includes 2 works by the author from this period. Her works are also in the Lithuanian National Museum of Art, the National M. K. Čiurlionis Art Museum, and the MO Museum in Vilnius. Painter 2020 awarded the Culture and Art Prize of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania
