Researchers are invited to create ORCID accounts

The Library and Centre of Scientific Communication invite researchers who publish scientific works to create ORCID accounts. An ORCID account is a researcher’s profile that displays the researcher’s ORCID ID and must contain the most important information about the researcher and their activities, as well as a list of their science / art publications.

An ORCID ID (Open Researcher and Contributor ID) is a 16-digit, immutable, and publicly accessible international researcher identifier (e.g., 0000-0020-3651-2547), similar to a personal code for a researcher in the scientific world.

HOW TO OBTAIN AN ORCID ID?

More information about the services provided to researchers by the Library can be found in the Research Services Guide and on the Library’s website section For Research.
