We invite you to books exhibition “Arts Therapy Restoring Peace of Mind” on the third floor of the library. The books on display in the exhibition are related to the topics of emotional health and arts – music, dance, painting and theater therapy. Living in the rhythm of stress and surviving critical situations, we often ignore our feelings, which is why the exhibition encourages us to look back and take care of our emotional health and feelings.
Applying arts therapy can help manage behavior, understand your feelings, reduce stress and anxiety, and build self-confidence. Arts can help you recognize your emotions, reflect on experiences, avoid emotional conflict, and also foster creativity, awareness, and personal growth.
