New Learning Opportunities at the Library – Anatomical Skeleton and Skull Models

Students are invited to explore new learning resources available at the library in Kaunas – the MAX anatomical skeleton model and the human skull model. These resources are designed to support the study of human anatomy and independent learning, allowing students to complement their theoretical knowledge with hands-on exploration of anatomical structures. By using these models, students can gain a deeper understanding of the structure, arrangement, and relationships of human bones, reinforce the knowledge acquired during their studies, and prepare for practical classes and assessments.

Interactive Anatomy Learning with the “3B Smart Anatomy” App

The MAX anatomical skeleton and human skull model offer opportunities to learn not only through physical models but also in a virtual environment. The “3B Smart Anatomy” app allows students to interactively explore 3D anatomical models, identify anatomical structures, use augmented reality (AR), test their knowledge through quizzes, create notes, and save images.

How to Get Started with the App?

  1. Scan the QR code located next to the anatomical model.
  2. Download the free “3B Smart Anatomy” app to your smartphone or tablet.
  3. Register and create a personal account.
  4. Scan the model’s QR code again within the app to activate the virtual model.

The anatomical models are available for use only within the library. Students are encouraged to explore them during independent study, when reviewing course materials, or while preparing for practical classes and assessments. For further information, please contact the library staff.
