Until 17 October, 2026 the Kauno kolegija community has temporary access to the full Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VILNIUS TECH) e-book collection, comprising 746 e-books in the fields of physical sciences, humanities, social sciences and technology. The collection is available at: https://ebooks.vilniustech.lt/explore. The e-books can be accessed via the Kauno kolegija network (on Kauno kolegija computers) or on personal computers by connecting to the Kauno kolegija network via VPN.
Please note that access via the Kauno kolegija Virtual Library is limited to the 65 VGTU e-books currently subscribed to by Kauno kolegija. To browse the full VGTU e-book collection available during the trial period, please use the link provided above while connected to the Kauno kolegija network or via VPN.
Kauno kolegija lecturers are asked to review the VGTU e-book collection and select the e-books that will be required for the study process in 2027. The selected e-books will be included in the list of e-books to be subscribed to in 2027. Please send lists of required e-books to Dr Lina Šarlauskienė at lina.sarlauskiene@kaunokolegija.lt, specifying the author(s), title, year of publication and a link to the book page.
