We invite you to visit the exhibition displayed on the second floor of the library, showcasing the design process behind the adult board game “The Worstest President”, illustrated and designed by Vilūnė Grigaitė, a lecturer at the KK HEI.
The exhibition presents the entire creative process of the adult board game “The Worstest President”, from idea generation, sketching, character development and personality design, to the creation of the visual style and design of individual elements. The creative journey included paper sketching, digital illustration using Procreate and Adobe Photoshop, and layout and design with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign. “The Worstest President” is a proudly politically incorrect and controversy-provoking card game for adults.
In the game, players must vote for one of two terrible, utterly unqualified presidential candidates. One player acts as the election host and forms the two candidates using drawn fact cards – featuring awful character traits, radical ideas, or absurd political ambitions. Using voting cards and guided by their own beliefs, values, and strategic thinking, each player decides which candidate they would rather vote for in a real election. The main goal of the game is not winning or losing, but hilarious situations, heated debates, and the lasting post-game disbelief: “How could you vote for such a creep?!”
