Access is available via the Kauno kolegija network (on-campus computers or remotely via the institutional <a href=\"https:\/\/studis.kauko.lt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/VPN-konfiguravimo-instrukcija-Windows-kompiuteriuose.pdf\">VPN<\/a>). The database can be accessed at: <a href=\"https:\/\/bestpractice.bmj.com\">https:\/\/bestpractice.bmj.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BMJ Best Practice<\/strong> is a reliable evidence-based clinical decision support database designed for health sciences researchers and students. It provides evidence-based, regularly updated information resources that enable users to quickly and systematically find information on disease diagnosis, progression, treatment, and prevention.
