Milda Narbutait\u0117 became interested in photography eight years ago and began attending the Photography Studio at the Kaunas School of Technical Creativity, led by expert photography teacher Tatjana Kuzmina. Milda Narbutait\u0117 is a laureate of numerous international and national competitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <em>\u201cTaming Emotions\u201d<\/em> exhibition features photographs created using an innovative and authentic method without any computer programs, relying solely on analog photography. These are self-portraits that have been embroidered. The choice of thread colors is intentional:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Red<\/strong> symbolizes anger, danger, and evil, depicting the deepest emotional struggles.<\/li><li><strong>Yellow<\/strong> represents happiness, confidence, and hope, reflecting the beginning of self-improvement and seeking help.<\/li><li><strong>Green<\/strong> symbolizes renewal, safety, and success, portraying the final stage of self-improvement when one has achieved inner peace, happiness, well-being, and overcome bad habits.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEmotional struggles can affect anyone. It\u2019s a relevant topic in everyday life that doesn\u2019t always receive enough attention, and when problems arise, they are often inadequately addressed,\u201d states the author of the exhibition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The exhibition was organized with the assistance of Tatjana Kuzmina, the Photography Studio teacher at Kaunas MTKC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We invite you to visit Milda Narbutait\u0117\u2019s photography exhibition \u201cTaming Emotions\u201d on display on the second floor of the library.
