What can you do?

Read publications in the Library or borrow them

On the Library shelves or via e-catalogue, you can find educational, scientific, fiction and text books, standards and other publications. Information on how to find books in the Library, borrow and return them to self-service machines as well as the terms of their return are available at FIND – Publications in the Library.

Read newspapers and magazines

On the first and second floor of the Library you can find subscribed printed newspapers, professional and scientific journals.

Read e-books

The Library subscribes to a lot of e-books in Lithuanian and foreign languages, which you can read in KK and at home. For more details see FIND – E-books.

Find information for reviews and other papers

The Library offers selected sources of information suitable for study papers, which can be found in the  Virtual Library, subscribed databases and other information resources. For more details see FIND – Databases.

Use computers, the Internet and Software

You can use Library computers, use the software for the disabled, etc. For more details see USE – Computers and Equipment.

In the Library, personal laptops can be connected to the electricity network and the Internet. To use the wireless Internet for the first time, you should sign up.

Use the Room for Teamwork

Study and relax

You will find a variety of places for individual study and teamwork, large tables for fulfilling various tasks, nice places to socialise. Just come in, look around and choose the most suitable location.

Make enquires and develop information management skills
